Welcome to Toys District. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (toysdistrict.com) and the purchase of any products from our store. By accessing our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Toys District is a brand owned and operated by Flexi Trading, a registered e-commerce entity in the United Arab Emirates, with its registered office located at Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), Dubai.

2. Eligibility & Account

By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password.

3. Pricing & Payments

Currency: All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) 

Payment Methods: We accept payments via Paymob (Visa, Mastercard, Mada, Apple Pay), Tamara (Installments), and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Payment Security: All credit/debit card transactions are processed securely via Paymob. Flexi Trading does not store your card details.

4. Tamara (Buy Now, Pay Later)

By choosing Tamara at checkout, you agree to Tamara’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Eligibility for Tamara is determined solely by Tamara. Flexi Trading is not responsible for the approval or rejection of your installment plan.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch.

Flexi Trading is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the address provided. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Accuracy of Information

We strive for 100% accuracy, but we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions and to cancel orders if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Flexi Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
