Refund & Return Policy

At Toys District, we want you and your little ones to be 100% happy with your purchase. As a registered UAE business (Flexi Trading), we follow the UAE Consumer Protection Law to ensure your customer rights are protected.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In the original, unopened packaging with all tags and accessories included.
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

Items showing signs of use or assembly
Products with damaged original packaging
Items purchased on “Final Sale” or clearance promotions

4. Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive a toy that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.

We will arrange a free pickup and provide either:

A full refund, or
A replacement at no extra cost

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item for damage claims.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds:
Refunds will be sent back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Mada via Paymob).

Refund Timeline:
Banks may take 7–14 business days to reflect the amount in your account.

Shipping Costs:
For “change of mind” returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee (e.g., 20 AED).

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Special Provisions for Cash on Delivery (COD)

For orders paid via Cash on Delivery, the following additional terms apply:

1- Refund Method: Since COD payments are collected in cash, refunds for these orders cannot be issued in cash. Instead, refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer to a UAE-based bank account in the name of the person who placed the order.

2-  Information Required: To process a COD refund, you will need to provide your IBAN and Bank Name once your return is inspected and approved.
