At Toys District, we know you’re excited to receive your new toys! We work hard to ensure your orders are processed and delivered quickly and safely across the UAE.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all seven Emirates in the United Arab Emirates

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Since we are based in Dubai Silicon Oasis, we can offer rapid delivery to our local customers:

Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 business days

Abu Dhabi & Other Emirates: 2–3 business days

Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GST) will be processed the same day.

Orders placed on Friday afternoon or Saturday will be processed on the following Monday.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to follow your toys' journey from our hub to your doorstep.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We are happy to offer Cash on Delivery for our customers across the UAE. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please note the following:

1-  Ready for Delivery: Our courier partner will contact you via SMS or Phone Call to coordinate the delivery time. Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready, as couriers often do not carry extensive change.

2-  Verification: For first-time COD orders, our team may reach out via WhatsApp to confirm the delivery address before dispatching your toys.

Important Notes for Our Customers

Public Holidays: Deliveries may take slightly longer during UAE public holidays.

Correct Information: Please ensure your delivery address and UAE mobile number are correct at checkout to avoid delays with courier partners.

Legal Entity: All shipping and logistics are managed by our parent company, Flexi Trading, ensuring professional handling from start to finish.
